Terms and Conditions

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to any Canvas and Crafts Studio event, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the event premises.

We collect the user’s name, date of birth, gender, address, mobile phone number, email address, credit card billing address, type of credit card, credit card number, credit card security code and credit card expiration date when the user makes a reservation and pays for a Canvas and Crafts Studio class or purchases a gift certificate through our website. Information may also be collected from users when they sign up to be on our mailing list. If using a mobile device – information such as your device ID, your location, and studios near you, and visited by you may be gathered.

You can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift, gift card, or gift certificate online and want to send it directly to the recipient, you must submit the recipient’s name and address. We use this information only to send your gift or provide the service requested.

All Public Classes and Private Events at Canvas and Crafts Studio require payment in full with pre-registration and/or a $100 deposit for a Private Event. In the case of event cancellation due to government mandates, power outages or unsafe weather conditions, your deposit will be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used for another class or private event of your choice for the same price, or pay the difference in price.

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend the class you registered for. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly provide a voucher to use at a later date. Vouchers are good for 90 day (ninety days) after original purchase. Failure to show up may result in loss of payment. Class minimums and deposits are required in order for us to order proper supplies and provide proper staffing. Our studio has limited seating and by registering and not showing up, may deprive someone else from being able to register.

By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of the event(s).

Please note that you purchase tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction.

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the event starts on the scheduled date and time. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

Photos made during and after classes will be posted to our social media sites. If you do not wish for your image to be posted, please inform us when photos are being taken. Parents consent to their children’s photos appearing on our social media sites. Once posted, photos cannot be removed.

Please note that Canvas and Crafts Studio reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of tickets.

ALCOHOL POLICY: Canvas and Crafts Studio DOES NOT ALLOW ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Alcohol in any form cannot be brought into the studio or purchased. Canvas and Crafts Studio does not have an alcohol license. Non-alcoholic beverages may be purchased or brought in. Snacks are provided.
